Buenas tardes compañeros he tratado de reconfigurar mi correo @movistar.ve.blackberry.com y no he podido, quien me ayuda con eso, ya la cuenta la tengo pero se me desconfiguro y ahora no se como agregarla de nuevo.

Entra al sitio web http://movistar.ve.blackberry.com desde una PC o laptop y lo configura por ahí.
Luego le das ayuda y ahí libro de servicios.

Ya lo hice pero no me aparece la cuenta de @movistar.ve.blackberry.com y la trate de configurar y me dice que loa clave o el usuario es incorrecto, ya verifique la informacion y nada... Alquien que por favor me de alguna ayuda...
