You may participate as makes sense for you - and you may change your own settings depending how you want to receive emails from this group.

To preserve respectful and open dialogue in the group we have outlined some ground rulels. Failure to adhere to these ground rules could result in your dismissal from the group.

1. Always have good intentions when you post, and assume good intentions on the part of others.
2. No public shaming. If you have a concern about someone's post, contact them privately, talk about it with others offline, or bring up general issues on a new thread without targeting a particular person or message.

3. Do not share anything posted here by members publicly without their approval!
