According to Microsoft, the keyboard has limited functionality with Mac OS 10. apparently there's a button by the battery compartment that if held down for more than 3 seconds puts the keyboard into pairing mode, otherwise under bluetooth, see if you can delete it as a favorite and try again
Yesterday, I tried to use the keyboard but it stopped working. Perhaps issue with Android 12? I removed the pairing and tried to pair it again. CCGTV recognizes the keyboard pairing mode and requests to enter 6 digit number in keyboard. But the key stokes are not recognized.
Up to two bar code scanners can be used at the same time. This capability supports scenarios where a scanner that is more mobile is required in order to scan large or heavy items, whereas a fixed embedded scanner is used for most standard-sized items, to speed up checkout times. Scanners can be supported through OPOS, Universal Windows Platform (UWP), or keyboard wedge interfaces. USB or Bluetooth can be used to connect a scanner to a computer.
Keyboard wedge devices send data to the computer as if that data were typed on a keyboard. Therefore, by default, the field that is active at the POS will receive the data that is scanned or swiped. In some cases, this behavior can cause the wrong type of data to be scanned into the wrong field. For example, a bar code might be scanned into a field that is intended for input of credit card data. In many cases, there's logic at the POS that determines whether the data that is scanned or swiped is a bar code or card swipe. Therefore, the data is handled correctly. However, when devices are set up as OPOS instead of keyboard wedge devices, there's more control over how the data from those devices can be consumed, because more is "known" about the device that the data originates from. For example, data from a bar code scanner is automatically recognized as a bar code, and the associated record in the database is found more easily and faster than if a generic string search were used, as in the case of keyboard wedge devices.
When keyboard wedge scanners are used in the POS, they must be programmed to send a carriage return, or Enter event, after the last scanned character. If this configuration isn't done, keyboard wedge scanners won't function properly. Consult documentation provided by your device manufacturer for details on how to append the carriage return event.
The flashes indicate that the keyboard is in "pairing" mode. If near a computer or iPad in discoverable Bluetooth mode, you will see the keyboard available to connect. If it is paired already, it will not do this flashing, just stay on for a few seconds.

To restore to factory defaults or in case the device is not responding, there is a feature that will allow a reset of the OPN2002. To perform a reset, hold down both buttons (clear/function and scan) for 30-40 seconds. This will reset the device and clear past pairing information. Once reset the pairing process will need to be performed to reconnect the OPN2002 to your device or computer.
Note: Before proceeding with any pairing operation to battery powered devices such as mice or keyboards, always make sure your batteries are fresh. Dead or dying batteries can cause pairing problems simply because the wireless transmitter in the device may not produce a stable enough signal for the receiver. Also note that dead or dying batteries can sometimes be the source of device connectivity problems. Therefore, always make sure your batteries are fresh before attempting pairing operations with these devices.
