Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India in reply to Parliament Question No. 855 on 09.02.2017 stated that the Ministry has written to some Educational Organisation to facilitate admission to the pass out students of Urdu Education Board (UEB). The Ministry also stated in reply that National Commission for Minority Educational Institute setup under the Act of Parliament as statutory Body has certified Urdu Education Board (UEB) as Minority Educational Institute for promotion of Education is in itself recognises Urdu Education Board in the Parliament as no Member of Parliament has raised any objection.
Urdu Education Board, has been disccused in Parliament and it was accepted by Shri Upendra Kushwaha, Minister of State, Ministry of HRD in the written reply in the Rajya Sabha on 09.02.2017 that National Commission for Minority Education Institution, a Statutory Body under the Act of Parliament has certified UEB as Minority Education Institution for promotion of Education in the Community and accepted that the Ministry of HRD has written letters to some Educational organization to facilitate admission to the pass out students of UEB. Urdu Education Board, Delhi has been established by an Act XXI of 1860 of Govt. of India (Societies Registration Act). It is a Minority Educational Institution formed under Article 29 & 30 of Constitution of India for promoting Urdu education across the country. The prime objective of the Board is to extend help and support to the students of the Muslim Minority community and the weaker section of the society with the especial emphasis on girls education. Urdu Education Board is an autonomous body which is established for development of education under the guidelines of National Education Policy 1986, and Programme of Action 1992, Government of India. Urdu Education Board is also recognized by Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

I see that lot of students tried to learn Urdu by reading books, watching tv shows, by practicing grammar but still lack confidence and fluency while speaking Urdu Language and a lot of students initially felt that reaching fluency is impossible but when they come to me they found Urdu very easy language and they thought they are learning fast and fluency is their next goal. I use different teaching strategies in my class moving towards small phrases to proper communication. I granted you my language course will make you fluent and confident in speaking in next 2 to 3 months.
I love to communicate with my student by being comfortable with them and encouraging them to speak Urdu more and more and helping them out how to paraphrase it. And, how to structure words into a sentence, so they can't feel difficulty in speaking.
If you are at intermediate or upper-intermediate level and you can speak somehow of Urdu before, but you feel difficulty in structuring words into sentences. Or you can't speak fluently. I can help you in both regards. In a very few lessons, you can speak more either than think. And Inshallah Inshallah within a month you can be able to speak Urdu fluently.

The University has initiated its distance mode programmes from its year of inception. The DDE has set up 9 Regional Centres (Delhi, Patna, Bangalore, Bhopal, Darbhanga, Srinagar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ranchi) and 6 Sub-Regional Centres (Hyderabad, Jammu, Amravati, Lucknow, Nuh and Varanasi) across the country so as to provide academic and administrative support to the students. The RCs/SRCs facilitate the students with support services; management of Study Centres and admission process. At present there are 143 Learner Support Centres and 20 Programme Centers within the purview of these RCs/SRCs. The DDE facilitates online admission through SAMARTH ERP.
It provides links of audio-visual material to the students and also Printed Self Learning Material. The University has established Instructional Media Centre for the preparation of audio-visual educational programmes. A large number of audio-visual educational programmes have been prepared by the Media Centre. These programmes can be viewed on YouTube ( ).
The Graduation, Post Graduation and Diploma Certificates awarded by the University are at par with the certificates of recognized Universities. Day-by-day the strength of the students is growing. Thus, the DDE is striving hard to reach the unreached.
