Not able to copy the general ledger

Hi!

I am not able to make a copy of General Ledger. It says I do not have access. Am I doing it wrong? I checked the Youtube and followed the steps...did multiple of times too. 

Please help!

Thank  you for asking!   

When you make the copy you have to make sure that you select your drive folder.
