Hi all,

My name is Shaun Bennet Wilson and you may have seen me at Trinity Grace Park Slope. I have a room in my apartment that will be available August 1st and I'd love to have another quiet Christian lady in the joint. If you'd like to see pictures of the room and apt., let me know and I'll be happy to send them. 

The rent is $500 + utilities and 1 mo. security deposit. Wi-Fi available. Sunset Park, Brooklyn (a block and a half from the 36th Street express stop in a safe, residential neighborhood). It's a smallish room, 6ft x 9ft, and comes with a closet and a twin-size bed (or not, if not needed). The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and is the top floor of a two- family dwelling. Non-smoker preferred. No cats (I'm allergic).  

I'm very quiet, although I will occasionally be singing or doing vocal exercises (probably when I'm alone). I'm out of the house a lot, and when I'm home I'm usually working in my room or sleeping. Very respectful of privacy and space. This would be ideal for a student or someone new to the city who doesn't have a lot of furniture and things.
