BK Apt available May 1-31

Hello!

We are apart of TGC Brooklyn and we're planning to be in Europe for a
majority of May. Our apartment will be available for all or part of
the month, must be at least two weeks. The full months rent is $1400,
but will be prorated for shorter stays.

Our apartment is in Crown Heights West, near a number of TGC
Brooklynites. It is a spacious, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment
on the 5th floor of an elevator building. We have a king-sized bed, a
convertible sofa, and a dining table that seats 6-8 people. We've
accommodated 6 people at the most, four in the bedroom (+air mattress,
which we have) and two in the living room. It's two blocks from the
Botanic Garden and three from the Museum, there are also lots of great
new restaurants. Apartment will be delivered super clean with fresh
sheets and towels!

It is about a 7 minute walk to Franklin Ave subway station (2,3,4,5)
and a 20 minute commute to downtown Manhattan.
