Room for rent

Hi TCGers,

Dear friends,

My name is Shaun Bennet Wilson. You may have seen me at Park Slope gathering from time to time. My lovely roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a quiet, responsible Christian female to take her place.  The room will be available July 1st (move-in date negotiable) and the rent is $550 + 1 month sec. deposit and utilities. Wi-Fi available. Sunset Park, Brooklyn (a block and a half from the 36th Street express stop). It's a smallish room, 6ft x 9ft, and comes with a closet, a window facing the sunset, and a twin-sized bed. The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and is the top floor of a two-family dwelling. Non-smoker preferred. No cats (They're adorable, but I'm allergic).

I'm very quiet, although I will occasionally be singing or doing vocal exercises. I'm out of the house a lot, and when I'm home I'm usually working in my room or sleeping (!). Very respectful of privacy and space. I love cooking, seltzer, and tea.
