We are looking for a Christian male roommate to fill a room in our 3BR Park Slope apartment, starting SEPTEMBER 1st. (We need to fill the spot by Aug 1st!) We are on President Street between 4th and 5th Aves in North Slope, and we’ve got the first floor apartment, which includes a BACK DECK and YARD! We’re hoping you all can help us find someone to fill the vacancy! So, here are some details…
- Bedroom for rent (unfurnished):
o Windows w/ southern exposure, overlooking quiet back yard
o Back door leading to the back deck and yard
o Room dimensions: 14’ X 12’ with 9’ ceiling
o Closet dimensions: 2’ X 3’ with 9’ ceiling
o Hardwood floor
- Apartment includes:
o Front bedroom (Jim’s) and middle bedroom (Ron’s)
o Comfortable living room (w/ flatscreen TV, appleTV, stereo, etc.)
o Eat-in kitchen w/ dining room table
o 1 Bathroom with full-size tub/shower
o Wifi (cable internet)
o Hardwood floors
