Series essence:

Relationships are not about what we say or do for others but how we think and feel about them, and hence every relationship begins with our relationship with our self. This series explores parent child relationships right from the womb of the mother, patterns of rejection, comparison, criticism and deep belief systems which parents transfer to children. It helps to overcome habits of guilt, anger and conflict and replace them with unconditional respect, trust and empathy. It covers issues like child abuse and extramarital relationships. Realising our self, the being of purity, peace and love and connecting to another being, is a connection which is beyond labels, roles and responsibilities, it’s a soul connection.
