Understanding the need of the hour, 'Digital Wellness' is a topic that can be taken in schools, colleges and companies along with meditation.  It will be well received and a good entry point to build connections for future sewa. 
Baba's children can also use this in their daily life and thus find more time for their self efforts..

खुश खबर! आज के दौर में जब सब कुछ कंप्युटर और फोन से चल रहा है, इन पर निर्भरता भी उतनी ही बढ़ती जा रही है।
समय के साथ चलते, बाबा के ज्ञान के साथ-साथ 'डिजिटल वेल्निस' सिखाया जाएगा जो आप स्कूल, कॉलेज तथा कम्पनीज़ में सेशन्स ले सकते हैं।
ये बाबा के बच्चे भी अपने रोज़मर्रा की ज़िंदगी में भी इस्तमाल कर सकते हैं।
