Wow, it sure is nice to see you guys....I was trying to follow
AngelinaCat around the web!

I thought at first is was my computer blocking me to the bkforum.

I am in need of some help with my brothers CH 13 and have been trying
to access the forum for since it went down.

I wonder if it was hacked?

I did find AngelinaCat's post on thursday to the vbulletin and now you
guys.

AngelinaCat and Hub....Thank you for bringing the forum back. There
is and will be so many people that need the help that only the bkforum
seemed to provide.

In this economy, there will be a whole lot more people filing for BK.

I helped one of my brothers file a successful 7 that had a lot of
business debt and now I am helping my other brother file a 13. I have
several questions that I can't seem to find on the internet.

Anyway, back to searching until the site is up....

lrprn has found us, and she has just successfully completed a CH13, so
she is the best one to advise until LadyInTheRed, JustBroke, and
Flamingo find us.

des, i'm not certain whether it's brave or desperation...LOL!!


and while i'm at it i'm working on a springing trust...how are you
with probate? LOL!!! it was one of my least favorite law subjects,
however, i'm dead in the water...sorta. :)

well...it was worth a shot. but, i hope i'm doing ok :) it's different
for me, but then again so was bk.

and bk is, indeed, your expertise! no, one better in my humble
opinion. :)
