Who would take pictures of the house on a Sunday before the 341
meeting?

Had a car pull up real slow by the house. Turned around then got out
and started taking some pictures of the house. . He pulled away before
I could step outside.

Makes me nervous.

is the house in foreclosure? it may have been someone from the bank,
that's all. and, i know this is easier said than done, but TRY not to
let it get to you, you're 341 is tomorrow and a stay is in place and
no one can do anything. it will fine!

No the house is not in foreclosure. We are current on all payments on
the house and never been late.
I'm sure it's nothing..
Wondering if the bank isn't doing another assessment since I called
the bank on the reaffirm agreement.. They had the Fair market value at
115K when the county says it's 69600 last year. So it could be that.

It could also be that someone just drove by that likes some feature of
your house or yard and wanted to photograph it. I also considered
that your property appraiser's office is updating their files, though
that is unlikely if yours was the only home photographed.

Try to get a good night's sleep tonight, and leave plenty of time
ahead of your appointment in case you have traffic problems. Be sure
you have your DL SS card, and anything else you were told to bring, at
the door, ready to go.

Good luck to you!! :)

yeah.. I'm gonna try and sleep. That's probably not going to happen.
The later it gets the bigger pit in my stomach gets. been keeping busy
this Sunday.

I have all my paper work ready and we are set to go.. I don't think
there is anything else I can do at this point.
