परिवर्तनकारी सुशासन के 12 वर्ष: आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण से वैश्विक नेतृत्व तक
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में भारत बना अधिक मजबूत, तीव्र गति से विकसित होने वाला और व्यापार-अनुकूल राष्ट्र -- प्रवीन खंडेलवाल
आज नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एक पत्रकार सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए चांदनी चौक से सांसद श्री प्रवीन खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में पिछले 12 वर्षों में भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था ने अभूतपूर्व परिवर्तन देखा है। वर्ष 2014 में सुधार, सुशासन और विकास के जिस संकल्प के साथ यात्रा प्रारंभ हुई थी, वह आज विकास, नवाचार और समावेशी प्रगति के वैश्विक मॉडल के रूप में स्थापित हो चुकी है।
प्रेस वार्ता में भाजपा चांदनी चौक जिला अध्यक्ष श्री अरविंद गर्ग, केशवपुरम जिला अध्यक्ष श्री अजय खटाना सहित अनेक विधायक एवं निगम पार्षद भी उपस्थित थे।
भारत की आर्थिक स्थिति की तुलना करते हुए श्री खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि वर्ष 2014 में लगभग 2 ट्रिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर की अर्थव्यवस्था वाला भारत आज 4 ट्रिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर से अधिक की अर्थव्यवस्था बन चुका है। वहीं देश का सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (GDP) वर्ष 2014-15 के लगभग 106 लाख करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 2024-25 में 330 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक हो गया है। भारत विश्व की दसवीं सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था से आगे बढ़कर प्रमुख वैश्विक आर्थिक शक्तियों में शामिल हो चुका है तथा आज भी दुनिया की सबसे तेजी से बढ़ती बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बना हुआ है।
उन्होंने कहा कि देश के निर्यात में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है, विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार ऐतिहासिक स्तर पर पहुंचा है तथा भारत में प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश (FDI) के नए रिकॉर्ड बने हैं। यूपीआई आधारित डिजिटल भुगतान क्रांति ने भारत को फिनटेक नवाचार और वित्तीय समावेशन के क्षेत्र में वैश्विक नेतृत्व प्रदान किया है।
श्री खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धियों में से एक व्यापार सुगमता (Ease of Doing Business) को बढ़ावा देने की निरंतर प्रतिबद्धता रही है। जीएसटी, दिवाला एवं शोधन अक्षमता संहिता (IBC), डिजिटल इंडिया, फेसलेस टैक्स असेसमेंट, नेशनल सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम, पीएम गतिशक्ति, श्रम सुधार, उत्पादन आधारित प्रोत्साहन (PLI) योजनाएं, स्टार्टअप इंडिया, स्टैंड-अप इंडिया, मुद्रा योजना, गवर्नमेंट ई-मार्केटप्लेस (GeM) तथा डिजिटल गवर्नेंस के विस्तार जैसे ऐतिहासिक सुधारों ने भारत में पारदर्शी, दक्ष एवं निवेश-अनुकूल कारोबारी वातावरण तैयार किया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मेक इन इंडिया, सेमीकंडक्टर मिशन, राष्ट्रीय लॉजिस्टिक्स नीति तथा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, रक्षा विनिर्माण, नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) जैसे उभरते क्षेत्रों को प्रोत्साहन देने की नीतियों ने भारत के विनिर्माण और नवाचार तंत्र को नई मजबूती प्रदान की है।
श्री खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि इन सुधारों का लाभ व्यापारियों, उद्योगों, एमएसएमई, स्टार्टअप्स और पारंपरिक व्यवसायों को समान रूप से मिला है। इससे पारदर्शिता बढ़ी है, प्रक्रियाएं सरल हुई हैं, वित्त तक पहुंच आसान हुई है और नए बाजारों के अवसर उपलब्ध हुए हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि आर्थिक उपलब्धियों से परे, ये 12 वर्ष शासन की सोच और कार्यशैली में व्यापक परिवर्तन के प्रतीक हैं, जहां नीतियों का आधार प्रदर्शन, जवाबदेही और जनभागीदारी है। कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की डिलीवरी अधिक पारदर्शी और लक्षित हुई है, आधारभूत संरचना का अभूतपूर्व विस्तार हुआ है तथा वैश्विक मंचों पर भारत की प्रतिष्ठा और प्रभाव निरंतर बढ़ा है।
श्री खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि “विकसित भारत 2047” का संकल्प अब केवल एक सपना नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्रीय अभियान बन चुका है। पिछले 12 वर्षों की उपलब्धियों ने भारत को आत्मनिर्भर, विकसित और वैश्विक नेतृत्वकारी राष्ट्र बनाने की मजबूत नींव रखी है।

Addressing a press conference in New Delhi today, *Shri Praveen Khandelwal, Member of Parliament from Chandni Chowk*, said that the last 12 years under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi have marked an unprecedented transformation of the Indian economy. What began in 2014 as a vision of reform, good governance and development has today evolved into a globally recognized model of growth, innovation and inclusive progress.
The press conference was attended by BJP Chandni Chowk District President Shri Arvind Garg, Keshavpuram District President Shri Ajay Khatana, along with several MLAs and Municipal Councillors.
Comparing India’s economic position before 2014 with the present, Shri Khandelwal noted that the Indian economy has expanded from approximately USD 2 trillion in 2014 to over USD 4 trillion today, while GDP has risen from about ₹106 lakh crore in 2014-15 to more than ₹330 lakh crore in 2024-25. India has progressed from being the world’s 10th largest economy to becoming one of the leading global economic powers and continues to be the fastest-growing major economy.
He said that exports have grown substantially, foreign exchange reserves have reached record levels, and India has attracted unprecedented foreign direct investment. The UPI-led digital payments revolution has positioned India as a global leader in fintech innovation and financial inclusion.
Shri Khandelwal emphasized that one of the defining achievements of the Modi Government has been its sustained focus on improving the Ease of Doing Business ecosystem. Landmark reforms such as GST, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Digital India, faceless tax assessment, National Single Window System, PM Gati Shakti, Labour Code reforms, Production Linked Incentive (PLI) schemes, Startup India, Stand-Up India, Mudra Yojana, Government e-Marketplace (GeM), and the expansion of digital governance have created a transparent, efficient and investor-friendly business environment.
He further stated that initiatives such as Make in India, the Semiconductor Mission, National Logistics Policy and the promotion of sectors including electronics, defence manufacturing, renewable energy and artificial intelligence have significantly strengthened India’s manufacturing and innovation ecosystem.
According to Shri Khandelwal, these reforms have benefited traders, industries, MSMEs, startups and traditional businesses alike by enhancing transparency, simplifying processes, improving access to finance and creating new market opportunities.
He said that beyond economic achievements, the last 12 years represent a transformation in governance itself, driven by performance, accountability and citizen participation. Welfare delivery has become more targeted and transparent, infrastructure development has accelerated, and India’s stature on the global stage has risen remarkably.
Shri Khandelwal said that the vision of “Viksit Bharat 2047” is now a national mission. The achievements of the past 12 years have laid a strong foundation for building a developed, self-reliant and globally influential India.
“These 12 years are not merely a chapter in governance; they are a testament to India’s rise as a confident, capable and aspirational nation under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi,” Shri Khandelwal concluded.
