नई दिल्ली 19 जून : दिल्ली भाजपा के प्रवक्ता श्री प्रवीण शंकर कपूर ने कहा है कि दिल्ली एवं बुराड़ी की जनता विधायक संजीव झा की ओ.  जोन में तोड़फोड़ के नाम पर की जा रही रोज़ की ब्यानबाज़ी को भलीभांति समझ रही है कि संजीव झा को आम नागरिकों के लिए कोई चिंता नहीं है, वह केवल अपनी आम आदमी पार्टी के निगम पार्षद गगन चौधरी द्वारा ओ. जोन में अवैध कब्जा कर बनाई जा रही बिल्डिंग को बचाना चाहते हैं।

दिल्ली भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने कहा है कि विगत दिनों में डी.डी.ए. या नगर निगम ने केवल माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देश अनुसार केवल नये बनते निर्माणों को रोक या तोड़ रहे हैं।

बुराड़ी विधानसभा सहित दिल्ली में कहीं भी ओ. जोन में पुराने रिहाइश बसे मकान को नही तोड़ा गया है। दिल्ली की जनता भलीभांति जानती है की प्रधान मंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा नियमित सभी अंधिकृत कॉलोनियों में पुराने बसे किसी मकान को नही तोड़ा जायेगा और नये निमार्ण पर खासकर ओ. जोन से जुड़ी 91 कॉलोनियों में नये निर्माण पर माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने प्रतिबंध लगाया हुआ है।

ओ. जोन और उससे जुड़ी 91 कॉलोनियां बुराड़ी से ओखला तक फैली हैं पर जो भी शोर शराबा हो रहा है वह केवल बुराड़ी के झडौदा वार्ड में हो रहा है क्योंकि वहां गत 12 साल से ओ. जोन में अवैध कब्जे एवं उन पर निर्माण करने का धंधा आम आदमी पार्टी के नेता करते करवाते रहे हैं जैसे निगम पार्षद गगन चौधरी का मामला सामने आया है।

दिल्ली भाजपा प्रवक्ता ने कहा है कि विधायक संजीव झा समझ लें कि 91  कॉलोनियों में रातों की नींद 15 लाख लोगों की नहीं उड़ी है, वहां नीद उड़ी है "आप" से जुड़े लगभग 15 नेताओं की जो ओ. जोन में कब्जे करते करवाते रहे हैं।

Sanjeev Jha has no concern for the common people; he only wants to protect the building being illegally constructed by his Aam Aadmi Party councillor Gagan Chaudhary in the O Zone – Delhi BJP Spokesperson

New Delhi, June 19: Delhi BJP Spokesperson Shri Praveen Shankar Kapoor said that the people of Delhi and Burari are well aware of the daily statements being made by MLA Sanjeev Jha in the name of demolition in the O Zone. He said that Sanjeev Jha has no concern for the common citizens and is only trying to protect the building allegedly being constructed after illegal encroachment in the O Zone by his Aam Aadmi Party councillor Gagan Chaudhary.

The Delhi BJP spokesperson said that in recent days, the DDA or Municipal Corporation has only stopped or demolished newly emerging constructions as per the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

He said that no old residential houses in the O Zone have been demolished anywhere in Delhi, including the Burari Assembly constituency. The people of Delhi know very well that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has assured that old houses in all regularised unauthorised colonies will not be demolished, while restrictions have been imposed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on new constructions, especially in the 91 colonies related to the O Zone.

The O Zone and its 91 associated colonies stretch from Burari to Okhla, but the entire noise and protests are being seen only in Burari’s Jharoda Ward because, for the last 12 years, the business of illegal encroachments and constructions in the O Zone has allegedly been carried out by leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party, as the case of councillor Gagan Chaudhary has come to light.

The Delhi BJP spokesperson said that MLA Sanjeev Jha should understand that the sleep of 15 lakh people living in these 91 colonies has not been disturbed. The concern is only among around 15 leaders associated with the Aam Aadmi Party who have allegedly been involved in carrying out and facilitating encroachments in the O Zone.
