众所周知，联合国可持续发展大会（里约+20）将于2012年6月13日至22日在巴西里约召开。
As you may know, the United Nations Conference on Sustainable
Development (Rio+20) will be held from 13 to 22 June 2012 in Rio de
Janeiro, Brazil.
作为里约+20正式日程的一部分，可持续发展对话将于六月16-19日在Riocentro会议中心召开。对话目的是为促进专家和相关人士在主要可持续
发展议题上的交流，以便收集建议提交给会议高层段的国家和政府首脑。为保障与会的广泛性和可能性，巴西政府与联合国开发署（UNDP）联合建立了一个网
上平台作为社会联络网站，在此相关人员可以辩论并且就十个可持续发展的主题提交建议：
The Sustainable Development Dialogues, part of the official programme
of Rio+20, will be held from 16 to 19 June at Riocentro Conference
Centre. The purpose of the Dialogues is to foster exchanges about key
sustainable development issues among experts and stakeholders in order
to compile recommendations to be presented to Heads of State and
Government during the High-Level Segment of the Conference.
In order to ensure the widest possible participation in the Dialogues,
the Brazilian Government, together with the United Nations Development
Programme (UNDP), has set up an on line platform which works as a
social network web site, where stakeholders can debate and present
recommendations concerning ten key sustainable development issues:
- Forests/森林
- Water/水
- Oceans/海洋
- Food and nutrition security/食品及营养安全
- Sustainable energy for all/所有的可持续能源
- Sustainable cities and innovation/可持续发展的城市和创新
- Sustainable development for fighting poverty与贫困斗争的可持续发展
- Unemployment, decent work and migrations/失业，体面的工作和迁移
- Sustainable development as an answer to the economic and financial
crises/对抗经济和金融危机的可持续发展
- The economics of sustainable development, including sustainable
patterns of production and consumption/经济的可持续发展，包括可持续的生产和消费模式
通过电子投票于6月6日，从每个在线主题辩论产生的主要建议将被选中，然后提交给里约+20会议期间的对话会议。在里约热内卢的对话会议结束时，在讨论
中的10个主题的每项中选三个建议，提交到国家元首和政府首脑在里约+20会议高级别会议上。
The main recommendations arising from on line debates about each of
these topics will be selected through electronic voting on 6 June, and
will then be presented as input for the sessions of the Dialogues
during the Rio+20 Conference. At the conclusion of the Dialogues in
Rio, three recommendations will be selected for each of the ten topics
under discussion and will be presented to Heads of State and
Government at the High-Level Segment of the Rio+20 Conference.
巴西大使馆谨在此邀请有兴趣的有关人士访问可持续发展对话的网站（www.riodialogues.org），并投入辩论。平台中的所有内容，可以翻
译成包括中文在内的40种语言。
The Embassy of Brazil would like to extend an invitation for all
interested stakeholders to visit the web site of the Sustainable
Development Dialogues (www.riodialogues.org) and to take part in this
debate. All the content in the platform can be translated to Chinese
and to another 40 languages.
