Fellow Marines, Starion Energy's current variable enrollment rate is .
0899 per KWH. It will be held for a minimum of 2 months once switched.
Starion will work hard to KEEP it low... 18% LOWER than CL&P
Residentially & 23% Lower than CL&P Commercially. 22% LOWER across the
board UI.
