by the Federal Government which are available free of charge to anyone who
asks. However, many companies will be more than happy to sell you the
service of requesting them for you. You could wind up paying for something
that's supposed to be free.
While there is nothing illegal about selling this service, there is also no
reason why you can't request the publications yourself and save a bundle.
This is one instance where you can get something for nothing. For more

your local phone directory for the Federal Offices nearest you.
