SSSI Makes Moves into International Markets
-------------------------------------------
Translates FacetTerm menus and literature into key languages

Structured Software Solutions, Inc. (SSSI; Plano, TX, USA)
has translated FacetTerm's complete user interface into key
languages to build up its international presence. SSSI's
FacetTerm is a software interface that serves as a multi-session
manager for character terminals and PCs connected to UNIX
systems. This new version of FacetTerm includes international
language support in the menus, help screens, and all messages.

The software's user interface has been translated into
German, French, Italian, and Spanish. SSSI also has translated
and printed FacetTerm product information in French, Italian,
German, Spanish and Portuguese for use by its international
distributors. In recent months, the company has added key
distributors in several countries, including the United Kingdom,
Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Mexico.

"Our European distributors, who are key players in the SCO
UNIX software market, have told us that it is most unusual for a
software company our size in the UNIX market to undertake the
project of full local language support in product and
literature," said Paul Vance, SSSI general manager and vice
president. "This clearly indicates a significant commitment to
worldwide distribution of the FacetTerm product."

"FacetTerm, in its prior English-only version, was already
very intuitive and easy to use," said Tillmann Basien, Managing
Director of PEM GmbH, a FacetTerm distributor. "Now with full
German support, it is even more natural and simple for our
customers to use."

"We hope that translating our literature and FacetTerm
software will build in a comfort level for our international
resellers and customers," said SSSI President, Jim Bryant. "Our
resellers can be assured of easy installation and use. End user
customers will benefit because they will be able to navigate the
menus more intuitively."

FacetTerm enables character terminals and PCs to access any
UNIX host and run up to 10 simultaneous sessions. It is ideal
for customers who use two or more applications frequently, whose
terminals are tied up while running reports, or who need to
screen print, or copy and paste information between applications.
The Window Watch feature monitors, detects and notifies the user
of off-screen events, including the completion of a report
running in another window or the arrival of electronic mail.

FacetTerm is available for SCO UNIX/XENIX, IBM RS/6000,
Data General AViiON, HP 9000 Series 800 700, 400 and 300, Siemens
Nixdorf, Sun Solaris 1.x and 2.x, DEC Alpha OSF/1 and ULTRIX,
ICL, Motorola 88000 and 8000, Pyramid, Sequent, Sequoia, Bull,
Altos, AT&T, Texas Instruments, and Intel platforms including
Novell UnixWare, Solaris for Intel V.4, NCR, Unisys, Microport,
Wyse and Interactive Systems Corporation.
