NEW RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM FOR CUSTOMERS WITH MONTHLY

PHONE BILLS UNDER $100 AND A SIMPLE ONE PAGE SIGN UP FORM

We have set up a very simple long distance program for you. Not only

will you receive low rates with one of the top four carriers in the

country, LDDS WorldCom, but you will also receive a commission on

your own phone bill as well as overrides on all the individuals and

businesses you enroll in the service.

1. The interstate daytime rate is $.11, $.12, or $.13 for outbound

and inbound service with NO monthly fee. The off peak rate is $.102

or $.104. Commissions are 5%-6%-7% respectively into the marketing

plan.

2. The intrastate rates are extremely low. For example the

California rate is $.063 for both inbound and outbound service and

40% of the states are under $.099 with NO monthly fee. Commission is

5%.

3. Calling card rates are $.195 with NO surcharge. Commission is 5%.

NOTE: These rates are billed in six second increments. This

represents, on average, a 15% additional savings when compared to

customers that are billed in full minute increments.

As an agent your rates will even be lower as you will receive a

commission on your own phone bill. You can also receive overrides on

all the customers and agents you enroll in the program.

These rates are for residential customers with no more than three

phone lines. The residential HomeSave Plan uses the one page simple

begin. If you want a toll free 800/888 number, at the same low

prices, make sure you indicate which phone number you would like it

to ring on. If you want to keep your existing 800/888 number you must

complete a separate 800 LOA form.

LDDS/WorldCom has exceptional international rates ie., $.28-$.71

throughout Mexico, $.24UK, $.31Germany, $.30France, $.36Japan and

$.20Canada. Commission on international is 4%.
