The bottom line... what you are trying to do is illegal no matter how
you disguise it. Plus, most people will not participate reliably in
such a thing, even if you send money to people, there is a good chance
they won't send money to you, or they won't continue the chain. If you
attempt such activity you will LOSE MONEY rather than gain money, plus
it is illegal.

Here's what the United States Postal Service has to say:

Oh, and by the way... there ARE ways YOU can get rich (Note: I didn't
say "quick", or "easy")...

The internet is how you can get rich, by joining well-known affiliate
program networks such as ClickBank, Linkshare, and BeFree.

If you want to get rich off the net... here are some steps you have to
take:

1. sign up with ClickBank
http://secure.clickbank.net/signup.cgi?r=matt4167

2. goto:
http://geocities.com/frankmartin101/Super-Affiliate-Handbook.htm

-The article you see there is a sample of what you need to make... so
sign up for a geocities account (www.geocities.com), write cool
articles recommending ClickBank products with your links in them, and
put them up on the free geocities hosting service, you can write
articles SUPER FAST - don't worry about whether they are good enough
or not.

Review the best-ranked affiliate products/services on ClickBank
regardless of whether you have ever purchased them or not.

3. Check out http://ebookvilla.com/ ---even if you can't make perfect
sites, you can always make a website that looks at least that good, if
you really have trouble making websites. By the way, I got into
affiliate marketing (and am definately NOT A PRO, because my Nephew -
Matt, has made thousands of dollars selling all sorts of things on the
net.) There really is money to be made online - chain letters aren't
it though.

4. Join this affiliate program:
http://www.templatemonster.com?aff=matt4167

5. Join the Allposters.com affiliate program (see their site for
details)
6. Join BeFree, Linkshare, and of course - the best of the best (the
amazon.com affiliate program)

7. See www.webmastersreference.com, it's webmaster - Sean Burns,
definately knows what he's doing... he's been designing sites for a
long time and is honest and hardworking... and might be the next Corey
Rudl, Yanik Silver, etc. His webmaster reference site makes the whole
affiliate marketing game so much more REALISTIC. He has written
articles and uses them to get people to his website that know he
know's what he's talking about... so they will be more likely to buy
his current product "Search Engine Rankings Revealed" and the ones to
come.

8. IF YOU DON'T HAVE TEN WEBSITES - GET 10 NOW!!!!

More on this later....
