THE E-Z-TY REPLACES A SPLICE IN ANY ROPE WITH A MECHANICAL CLAMP THAT
IS STRONGER THAN THE ROPE ITSELF. NOONE KNOWS HOW TO SPLICE ANYMORE
AND THEY DON'T WANT TO LEARN.
THEY'RE GREAT FOR MAKING YOUR OWN ANCHOR, DOCKING OR BUMPER LINES OR
REPAIRING WORN OR BROKEN ROPES. KEEP A PAIR IN THE TOOLBOX FOR AN
EMERGENCY. WILL EVEN REINFORCE EXISTING SPLICES FOR GREATER SAFETY.
E-Z-TY Rope Clamps are two piece molded block which replaces s splice
when making a loop in a dock line, anchor rope or bumper rope. Now it
only takes seconds to make a splice that won't come apart, and its
adjustable and re-useable.
Made for solid braided nylon rope, which is not spliceable, they work
great with all other types of rope such as single & double braided and
twisted. They come in sizes from 3/16" to 5/8" in 1/16" increments
and their strength exceeds that of the breaking weight of the
appropriate rope.
They are easy to use, just separate the 2 halves, lay down the piece
withthe screws facing up, insert the rope with the desired loop
length, cover with the other piece, turn over carefully and tighten
the screws evenly. The splice is done.
