Ramp-up and exponent growth will be attained by conversion of many
titles we already own in analog format (video masters to digital
masters for release on DVD and via downloading, conversion of current
proprietary titles to foreign language versions, licensing of content
for foreign distribution, incorporation of sponsorship programs for
our product lines - on all DVD media units sold, packaging and within
our commercial advertising campaigns as well as sponsor advertising
banners and links on our multiple websites. Plans include hiring
additional sales staff and trade show attendance.
This is a low-overhead, high profit margin business wherein costs are
directly tied and scaled to product sales results.
On every level, our business generates monthly profit that is shared
with all owners of the overall business operation and various products
that produce profit sharing and royalties.
On-going sales and current profits allow for immediate ROI on several
levels. Our business is well established major supplier of over 500
proprietary titles currently with more then 200 analog products in the
pipeline for conversion to digital for release in 2010/2011. We seek
to acquire three also well established businesses and purchase "all
worldwide rights" to more than 500 currently selling media products

Our major customers include Ingram, Baker & Taylor, Amazon, Netflix
and 200 other major conventional resellers.

Our expansion plans include acquisitions of media businesses and

produced in high definition and standard broadcast digital quality
mastering for international standards and in foreign languages.
