(TSI) DEMAND: [Croatia] OEM turnstile solutions (HW) for access control

We are a software company with a number of specific clients (outdoor leisure
parks, amusement parks and sport stadiums) that are looking for access
control solutions. We would build interfaces and client - server
infrastructure software by ourselves, but are in need of hardware turnstile
oem products.
Turnstile requirements:
* to be used outside and able to withstand various weather conditions (snow,
rain and damp weather, direct sun exposure, etc.)
* to include bar code scanning functionality and be able to receive
instructions from a remote server via network (added magnetic card
functionality and RFID reader is a plus)
* to include wireless network transmission capabilities
* to be able to withstand high volume of traffic
* to be aesthetically pleasing
* PRICE IS AN ISSUE - AS WELL AS PERFORMANCE!
Will also consider various hand-held solutions capable - but battery life
must be exceptionally high (able to do at least 5000 scans per unit before
