Company: Publicly traded. Revenue of 120 million plus.
Position Industries: Marketing Communications / Sales Promotion / Direct
Marketing / Internet / Packaged Goods / Research + Consulting (other
industries WILL NOT be considered.)
Responsibilities: You are the "VISIONARY" who will be "COMPLETELY"
responsible for deciding all strategies and policies. With exceptional
leadership ability you will effectively manage our large successful company
in its "ENTIRETY". This would include: Operations, Public Relations,
Administration, Finance, Sales + Marketing, Information Technology, HR,
Legal, Growth / Change Management, Forecasting + Budgets, Strategic
Analysis, Development + Partnering with alliances.
Qualifications: As the "VISIONARY" you have effectively grown a corporate
company from a regional organization to a global success story. Proven "Top
Executive" experience in leading a National or Global operations company.
(NOT ONLY A DIVISION). At least 2 years experience in the role of Corporate
Vice President. Must have managed large staff. (150+) 5-10 Senior Level
Executives have reported directly to you. You report to the CEO or
Chairman. You have built successful, long term working relationships with
large organizations (50 million +). Past experience achieving profitability
on behalf of the company. Astute financial person who understands financial
statements and accounting principals. Experience in Mergers + Acquisitions.
Must have Canadian experience, someone who really understands the Canadian
marketplace. University degree. MBA preferred.
Location: GTA, Toronto
Compensation and other perks! Superior Package!! Range will be negotiated
based upon proven experience. (200-300k)
