Senior Software Developer/Architect
Requirements & Experience • 6+ years experience as a software
developer building mission critical production applications. • 6+
years developing products for Microsoft Windows and/or web-based
applications. • 3+ years experience in developing on .NET and/or JAVA
platform • 3+ years experience as a Senior Developer and/or Systems
Architect designing and building complex, scalable platforms and
products. • 3+ years experience with relational databases. • 3+ years
experience using Object Oriented Programming techniques and a formal
software development lifecycle. • 3+ years experience building
applications as part of a team environment • Experience with on-line
search marketing and advertising. • Excellent overall communication
skills. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
experience. • Masters degree a plus.
Position Responsibilities • Development o Work from business
requirements and technical design documents to build components of the
overall application that meet the requirements. o Develop technical
design documents for components of the overall application that meet
the specific business requirements, and then build the components or
assist others in building the components. o Lead roadmap projects
through the development and implementation phases of the product
development lifecycle. o Mentor less senior developers in
architecture, standards and approaches within the technical
infrastructure. o Collaborate in a positive and cohesive manner with
Product Managers, Product Designers, and Project Managers to deliver
quality, innovative and efficient technology solutions on schedule. o
Develop, follow, and enforce technical guidelines and processes, such
as coding standards. o Work on tasks as assigned for specific
projects, meeting deadlines as set forth by the project manager(s). o
Take direction and guidance from the Director, Software Development.
