We have a great sales situation for the right person. We are a
well-established and growing energy services company in the
Ventura County area that specializes in energy-efficient lighting
upgrades for industrial and commercial facilities. As a Sales
Associate, we will train you to be a successful member of our
expanding sales team. We will help you to fully develop the
skills needed to be confident and successful in the entire sales
process. You will receive one-on-one, on-the-job training with
our Sales Manager, as well as continued support in all aspects of
the sales process.

No prior sales experience necessary. Willingness to learn, good
listening skills, and a positive attitude will assure a
successful training experience. Your own initiative and
self-motivation, and organizational skills will determine the
level of your sales success.
