DECpc LPv AND DECpc LPx PERSONAL COMPUTERS
OVERVIEW
Digital extends its award-winning DECpc LP family with nine new
DECpc LPv and DECpc LPx personal computers, making up its
value-line of PCs. The two families offer low-cost, general-
purpose, and high-performance, more expandable PCs,
respectively.
The DECpc LPv offers S3-805 local bus graphics with GUI
acceleration, processor upgradeability, and is an excellent
value for budget-conscious buyers. The value-priced system is
designed for users who need today's technology to meet
immediate business needs.
The DECpc LPx offers a choice of graphics performance, and is
designed for users who want to take advantage of quickly-
changing technology and protect their investments, but don't
have a large budget. Digital offers add-in cards with three
levels of graphics performance ranging from 17 to 62M Winmarks.
