GOOD COMPENSATION AND HOURLY RATE
DUTIES: customization of the client's base system to client's business
requirements may require input to business requirements analysis, input into
functional design and analysis, technical specification design and analysis,
implementation/programming of specification (or change requests), programmer
testing, provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members
(for senior positions), serve as team leader and metor to small to mid-sized
technical teams (for senior positions), task estimation and scopt
determination, provide support for clients.
MUST HAVE: 2-5 years exper with Cobol/Cics, life insurance experience,
ingenium/capsil, good communication

associated with the position(s) offered; doing otherwise leads many to
