and I do mean CRITICAL.
in legal terms, b...@digilibnk.com was being victimized by what is
politely referred to as the "shakedown" which under 18 USC multiple
sections and regulations of the FCC constitutes a FELONY in multiple areas,
including RICO (Racketeering Influenced Corrupt Organization) if there are
three or more individuals or organizations associated with this activity
which seems to be part of a guerilla campaign against commercialization
of the net - admirable cause, childish, unethical, illegal tactics.
actually, 'alt.internet.services' is the proper place to "announce" a
service --that is where you look to find a service!?!
why should the shakedown be trivilized as fecetious as you suggest? if
Mr. deRaadt had not posted what immediately follows, I am sure it would
have been ignored. personally, I think Mr. Theo de Raadt should have
_his_ net privileges revoked.
