The FTC (Federal Trade Commisson) ruled recently that e-mail chain letter
schemes like the "NO MORE 9 to 5 for ME" e-mail posted earlier are ILLEGAL
and are NOT validated by any controlling authority. IN FACT, such schemes
are IN VIOLATION of the law.
