Hello!

My name is Stephanie Hwang and I am an ICU nurse and a co-founder for a start-up company called AirCare. We are based in Philadelphia and were a part of Dreamit Health's inaugural class and a NYCNextIdea finalist team.  We are building a healthcare telemonitoring and communications platform that allows physicians and patients to effectively and securely communicate out of the hospital to reduce readmissions. We have built an application that utilizes telecommunications tools such as automated phone calls, text messages, emails, video consultations, and phone all on one platform. The pilots at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania and Pennnsylvania Hospital showed that we decreased readmissions by 26-37% and increased engagement in a technology platform. We have been approached about utilizing AirCare to help meet Meaningful Use 2 criteria.

We are hoping to talk with EHRs companies like SRSsoft who may be interested in collaborating with us to improve patient outcomes. We'd love to have a phone conversation if this is something you are interested in.
