AirCare - Follow-up from David Asch convo

Dr. Barg - I hope you're doing well!  My name is George, a member of AirCare - a Penn startup made of current/former students from Penn Med, Nursing, Engineering and Wharton.

We've created a platform to deploy digital secured questionnaires in order to digitize pre-appointment forms and monitor patients. We've used this product at HUP and PAH to reduce readmission 26-37%. We spoke to Dr. David Asch yesterday, and he mentioned it may be interesting to speak to you about using this to send out digital questionnaires to patients prior to annual wellness visits.  We think that this can save doctor's time and improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.  

Do you think you'd be free to meet to discuss this sometime next week?

Dr. Barg - it was great meeting you in person today!  Thanks for taking the time to talk through AirCare as well as different ways we can be helpful.  I've attached some of the docs we talked through earlier - including:
