Bob & Shawn,

Please meet Stephanie (shake-shake).  Stephanie is one of the creators of AirCare who would like to set up a time with you both to demonstrate how AirCare works.  Margaret and I saw how it works, we thought it would be worthwhile for you to check it out too and see if we should also be using it.   It would give you both an opportunity to ask her questions and “play” around with the technology.   She’s flexible and can come out to FJB conference room if you have a time and day that works for both of you.

Thanks,
Julie

Hi Julie and Margaret,

I just wanted to follow up to see if you could introduce us to Dr. Morris. We'd love to continue AirCare at Pennsy.

Thanks!

Stephanie

Hi Julie and Margaret,

Thanks for making time for me last Friday! It was great to speak with you both and hear more about the NP program implemented at Pennsy.

As we spoke about before, we would love to integrate AirCare permanently into the Pennsy HF program. The feedback from the nurses and patients from Pennsy have been overwhelmingly positive. If you believe the best step forward is to contact Dr. Bob Morris, we are happy to speak with him. Or if you both would like to contact him first, that would be even better! I have attached a 2 pager information flyer for your referral. Feel free to pass it on to him.

We do have an executive meeting with everyone involved (from the executive level) on March 10. Perhaps if he is interested in hearing the presentation from Dr. Wald (head of the heart failure task force at HUP), perhaps we can have him come to that meeting as well.

Thank you!

Stephanie

Hi Julie and Margaret,

My name is Stephanie Hwang, I am an RN and Adult Gero Acute Care NP student at UPenn! I am also a co-founder of AirCare, a team of engineers, nurses, medical students, and business folks that created a new follow-up technology that we are piloting at HUP and Pennsy for the heart failure patients. Lauren Durkin just told me that you were starting your NP pilot with the heart failure patients, and it sounds awesome. There is no real overlap in the two pilots, but some of the patients are the same and therefore  I wanted to reach out to see if you wanted me to stop by to show you the technology that we are using to reach some of the same patients. I am happy to stop by Pennsy anytime - usually Mondays and Fridays work better for me (I am currently doing clinicals!). I would love to show you both, and get your thoughts on it as well!

Thanks,

Stephanie

Hi Shawn,
I am happy to meet anytime. Please let me know what would be good for you (and Dr. Norris if he chooses to meet with us). I am happy to drop by Pennsy.

We will be busy next Monday 1-6PM for Penn Entrepreneur's Forum going on at the Perelman Center (we are presenting!) and all of Tuesday 4/1, but other than that we are pretty flexible!

I think this sounds great and I look forward to meeting with Stephanie.

Bob – just let me know if you would like to join us for the meeting or if you would prefer me to set up the meeting for myself.

Then we can work on possible meeting dates/times

Thanks

Shawn

HI Bob and Shawn,

I just wanted to follow-up to see if there is a time to meet and talk about how Pennsy is using AirCare on 6 Cathcart.

Thank you!
