Hello Donna,

This is Andy Taylor with AirCare - we just spoke on the phone about your patient intake process.  As I said, we at AirCare are working on software for genetic counselors with the goal of saving your time and improving the patient experience.  We are looking for folks that are interested in being early adopters to help us build the best product in the world for genetic counselors.  

I have attached some materials and would love to get your feedback.  If you're interested, we'd love to set up a web conference for you and your colleagues to discuss our service further.

Donna,

Excellent question.  Security is obvious a huge concern in health care, so yes we are HIPPA compliant.  In fact, my understanding is that our security measures far exceed that which is required by the law.  Don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions!
