This is Andy - we just spoke a few moments ago about your patient intake process and the problems with Progeny.  As I mentioned, I am working for a startup called AirCare, and we are working on software for genetic counselors aimed at saving your time and improving your patient's experience.  I have attached a little more info about us in case you are interested.

I'd love to hear your feedback on what we have to offer, and if you're still interested we'd love to come by for an in-person demo sometime in the next few weeks.  

By the way - it looks like I actually spoke with your colleague Cristina a few weeks ago - I remember she was very pleasant.

April is pretty open for us now, although I will be on a clinical rotation that month so I can't make the meeting :(  

Let me suggest some times:

Monday 3/31 before 1PM

Tuesday 4/1-Friday 4/4 anytime

Monday 4/14-Friday 4/18 anytime

Monday 4/21-Friday 4/25 anytime

Hopefully some of this works for you folks.  I'm disappointed that I won't be there, but I think it will be an exciting meeting!

Sorry but none of those times are going to work for us, bc we would want a day that all 3 GC’s would be in the office and that would not be a Monday or a Friday…Tuesdays or Wednesdays are going to be our best shot…
