Carter, Joann, Polina - it was a pleasure speaking to you on the phone today, and thanks so much for the opportunity to present AirCare. I wanted to follow-up with with a summary of AirCare's readmission solution (attached) as well as a couple of key differentiating points:
- AirCare utilizes all existing teleco infrastructure to deploy questionnaires to patients through whatever communication tool easiest for them - not all patients have mobile, tablet and web software so we also work with automated calls and texts. We're able to be high touch for patients who need intensive video care as well as low touch for patients who can do with just automated calls or texts
- AirCare is a custom questionnaire data collection platform - but those same questionnaires can also be used for digitizing pre-appointment questionnaires and collecting quality and outcome data from patients after visits. We've already received interests for using AirCare to digitize questionnaires for cancer genetics counselors and for outpatient clinics. More info attached re: genetic counseling
- Our team puts a high priority of working collaboratively. We understand different systems have different needs - if you speak to folks we've worked with before, we've been able to respond to all questions and concerns in < 1 hour and address in hours problems that would have otherwise taken weeks. We hope to bring that same level of innovation, focus and speed to Intermountain
