Detailed Job Description:
· Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to IAM project managers and cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistent delivery and operational excellence.
· Establish IAM governance models, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track program performance, risk reduction, and business value.
· Provide program and project management leadership for IAM initiatives, including scope, schedule, budget, quality and executive reporting.
· Expertise in IAM and PAM tools like OIM,Saviyant and CyberArk
· Lead enterprise-wide IAM and IGA implementations across cloud, hybrid, and on‑prem environments, including design, deployment, integration, and operationalization of identity platforms.
· Oversee implementation and integration of cloud-based IAM platforms (e.g., Identity Security Cloud), including HR systems, Active Directory, service desk tools, and enterprise applications.
· Define and own the IAM roadmap covering multiple parallel tracks (IGA, PAM, integrations, migrations).
· Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to improve identity security posture, maturity, and zero‑trust adoption.
· Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and program KPIs; provide regular status reporting to leadership and customers.
· Oversee IGA on‑prem to SaaS migration, specifically using Saviynt.
