The Fees of issuing the Lease instrument and method of payment:

A- 1M – 30 million: 5% (Five Percent) of the face value. It will be paid in advance upon signing the agreement.

B- 31M – 50 million: 4% (Four Percent) of the face value, it will be paid in advance upon signing the agreement.

C- 51M – 500 million: 2% (Two Percent) of the face value, it will be paid in 2 tranches, first tranche 1% upon signing the agreement, and Second tranche 1% after receiving the Swift MT760.
