Hi,

if setup.py is in the top-level directory, the
python:distutils command works fine. If the setup.py is
in a subdirectory, it does not. What seems to be missing
is a "directory" attribute, like in the c:make element.
Any idea, how to deal with that?

Cheers

You can probably use py:exec and specify file=path/to/setup.py as the
python script to execute.

At patch that adds the ability to specify the cwd to a command would
be useful (currently they default to the temporary folder containing
the checkout).
