The opportunity is floated to unplaced candidates only from the MBA 2016-18 batch. 

No further extension can be entertained post the deadline. It is from the recruiters end to send across the resumes as soon as possible to take a look at the profiles for scheduling the further process of interviews. 

Given below is the JD. 

The CTC would be around INR 850,000-900,000 for MBA profiles depending on their fit and relevance of experience.

Role & Responsibilities : Equity Research Associate (support writing on listed stocks in globally : India, Asean, Europe, US) 

- Support in writing and initiating coverage reports and thematic research 

- Monitoring and capturing various market trends and financial details for domestic and global markets. 

- Be involved in creating and reviewing presentation/ reports written across industries / sectors and add value to them 

- Authoring stand-alone syndicated reports and ad-hoc reports based on client requirements 

- Ability to handle research projects with global team 

- Ability to own the client requests end to end 

- Discover stock trading ideas in sectors across markets globally.

- Exposure to the stock market and experience in investing, stock picking.

- Writing earnings commentary and identifying key stock price sensitive events.

Required Skills : 

- Experience in equity research is not mandatory. Extensive training will be provided. Interest and Aptitude is a must have.

- Should have good analytical and problem solving skills 

- Should be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a quick-paced, multi-faceted environment. 

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dear Rohtash,

Due to a change in the business requirement VFS has not been able to extend the offer letters to the selected candidates and hence they are part of the unplaced lot and therefore given an opportunity to sit for the placement process from the placement unit.

Also Bhavya Joshi has received a PS convert and not an offer from the placement process therefore he was eligible to sit for the placement process.

However the placement unit is looking into the changing the process for students who have received a PS convert already. We will send the batch an update on this in a few days.

I have a question regarding the shortlists. When it was clearly mentioned that the opportunity was floated for 'Unplaced students only', how is it that 3 out of 4 of these students are already placed?
