PS-Conversion Form

Dear All,

Greetings from PlaceComm 2016-2018!

We hope everyone had a fruitful learning experience at their respective PS stations. Now that we have reached the end of PS, we request everyone to fill the below form to help us understand the number of students who received PS offer which will enable us to:-

 i) inform PU recruiters about students joining status 

 ii) update 2016-2018 Placement stats. 

All students who are not accepting offers from PU/PlaceComm are requested to drop a mail(in addition to filling this form) stating the same. Your mail will be considered final and you will not be allowed to revert your decision post that. You need not have to drop a mail again if already done.

Failure to fill this form and/or not informing us about non-acceptance of the PU offer will eventually lead to a delay in us informing the recruiter. This tends to ruin the college-recruiter relations. In such a case any decision then taken by recruiter and PU will be binding and final.  Any repercussions post that will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.

n case you are still in talks regarding  your conversion status, please state the same in additional comments. Also if a question is not relevant for your case, you can fill NA for it.

Please fill the form by 21st June by 22.00 hours. Link to the form PS form. It is our sincere request that everyone adhere to the given deadline.

In case, you have not received a PS offer, the follow-up questions have been made as non-mandatory. 

Request everyone to adhere to the deadlines and fill up the form with all the applicable details.
