We are glad to inform you that we are organizing an orientation workshop on 14th November i.e. on Monday by Awesome Firms on "Organizational Design , Career Modelling and STAP program".

Time: 7-9 pm

Executive Bio of S. Venkatesh:

a) A serial entrepreneur (For over 15 years now)  with the experience of creating & running: two high end, retained executive search consulting boutiques for over 15 years in New York & India focused on executive talent acquisition for positions offering an Annual Base Salary of over $250k & its equivalent in the US, European & Asian markets. Personally successfully executed over 200 searches.

b) Deep understanding of our focus industries & the needs / challenges of  innovative organizations & top tier professionals.

c) Trusted relationships & privileged access earned with some of the finest executives in these Industries, across geographies.

d) An Alumnus of IIM Lucknow. (Full-Time, PGP, Class of 2001).

Future Leaders Contest Assessment Procedure :

After the initial session by Venkatesh, our Founder CEO the students will first need to fill a Preliminary Assessment Form. (Takes about 2 hours to fill)

The shortlisted students from the first round will be put through a Learnability Assessment Round where they will have to submit a two-page report on a specified industry & a company in that industry. 

This will be a timed activity to be submitted within 72 hours of our email to them.

Based on the report submissions, there will be a refined shortlist for interviews with the CEO.

If selected from this round, they will ultimately be invited to be a part of our exceptional inaugural STAP cohort.

Attendance of First Year MBA students is mandatory and students who have not registered from 2nd year can also participate in the session.
