Procedure to be followed in case of an organization change is -

On BITS web site change of organization and change of mentor performs are
available. The link for the same is -

http://discovery.bits-pilani.ac.in/WILP/online/guidelines/guidelines.html

Please download the same. Fill them and send the scanned copy of the same at evm.r...@wilp.bits-pilani.ac.in  along with the
scanned enclosures that are mentioned in performs. Please note that
with the change of employing organization, it is mandatory to change your
mentor. Guidelines for selecting a mentor is given at the following link -

http://discovery.bits-pilani.ac.in/wilp/eduprocess/eduprocess.html

Please read it carefully and select a mentor from your employing
organization. You are advised to complete these formalities with in 15 days
of your joining a new organization.

With the receipt of the above documents, your records will be updated in our
database. Please send me all the details via e-mail as well.

Please give the following required details along with your Id. No. :-

                                                      

1. Your E-Mail Address

2. Your Designation

3. Your Employing Organization’s Name

4. Your Preferred Postal address with Postal Zip  and State

5. Your Contact No.(s)

6. Name of Your Mentor.
