Disclaimer: This message is being sent to all BITS WILP students of BS (ET / IS)  and MS (MM / SS) programmes, who are registered in Project Work / Dissertation during the current semester. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately.

 

Dear Student,

 

Please refer to the Course Handout of BITS ZC423T Project Work / BITS ZG629T Dissertation in which you are registered during the current semester.

 

As mentioned in the Course Handout, this semester the final viva-voce and evaluation will be conducted at the Pilani Campus, Goa Campus and Hyderabad Campus, on selected dates during November 2011. The viva dates will be announced after August 23, 2011.

 

Please submit your preferences for one of the campuses, using the link given below (also available on the BITS WILP  website in the Latest Updates section).

The last date for giving  preferences is Tuesday, 16th August 2011.

 

As the number of slots available at Goa and Hyderabad campuses are limited, you may be assigned to one of the three campuses based on  your preferences, but subject to availability. 

 

Please note you need to give your preferences for all the three campuses.  In case you fail to provide all the three preferences (or if no preferences are exercised), you will be assigned a campus by the Institute.

  

Please upload a copy of your Outline document (which you would have submitted as a hardcopy alongwith your Registration Card) as a PDF document with the file name having the format  <Your BITS IdNo>.pdf on the LMS (TAXILA) through following linkhttp://taxila.bits-pilani.ac.in/ , using your BITSVU login & password for the same.
