I’ve been thinking about trying hormone troches, but I keep seeing mixed opinions online. Some people say they feel great after switching, while others mention side effects that made them stop. I don’t want to overthink it, but I also don’t want to go in completely unprepared. Did anyone here actually research this before starting, or just followed their doctor’s advice?

I think it’s normal to feel unsure at first, especially with anything hormone-related. There’s always going to be different experiences because everyone reacts differently. Personally, I usually try to read a bit before starting anything new, but I don’t go too deep into it or it just gets overwhelming.

I was in the same situation and didn’t want to rely only on random comments, so I spent some time reading more structured explanations. After going through a few sources and getting a better general understanding, I eventually came across details about progesterone troche side effects at https://kennedyspharmacy.com.au/troches-compounding-in-sydney/, which helped me put things into perspective. It made me realize that most reactions are mild and temporary, and when I actually started, that turned out to be true for me as well.
