What would you suggest to turn an AI idea into something real?

I’ve got a few ideas around AI, but I’m stuck at that point where everything still feels abstract. If you’ve gone through this — what would you actually recommend doing first?

A lot of ideas sound great until you try to explain how someone would actually use them. That’s usually where things get stuck. It’s easy to imagine what AI could do, but much harder to turn that into something simple and useful.

What helped in my case was focusing less on the idea itself and more on the situation where it would be used. Once you start thinking about real users and real actions, things become clearer. That’s exactly where AI product development comes in — shaping the idea into something practical, testing it, and cutting out everything unnecessary. Without that step, it’s easy to stay stuck in planning mode forever.
