Dr Notes is a website where you can store any medical book, notes, exams, and recalls online for easy sharing. The idea behind the site is to make it more convenient for the medical field staff to share large amounts of eBooks online.

The Toronto notes are a waste of money in my opinion. They're useless if you don't already understand the material. If you do understand the material, there are better review books that can be tailored towards your needs.

As for the LMCC, it's easy. Do a few practice Qs online at USMLEworld or canadaqbank or something a few weeks before the exam. All the stuff you thought you had forgotten will come back to you in due time. You don't need to memorize the TO notes.

I found the TO notes helpful during clerkship. They are handy, to the point, quick review (for things you already understand - like someone else said, not enough info if you don`t already understand the material). I would tear out the sections relevant to my rotations and have them handy. And that way could write things to clarify in the margins etc. I had put the electronic version on my PDA but didn`t like the format...not sure if it has improved since.

BUT when it came to studying for the LMCC I found I wanted all my stuff in one place instead of all torn out like I had. So I bought another copy - kind of a pain, and seemed to have more errors in it than my other copy. And all my little notes were in my first copy.

Tara Tofighi and Mark Shafarenko, Toronto Notes 2019 editors-in-chief: Toronto Notes started over 35 years ago as a compilation of notes prepared by senior medical students, which was passed down between years as a reference source in clerkship and for licensing exams. Since then, we have grown into one of the most reputable resources used by medical students across Canada and internationally. That is the most rewarding aspect: knowing we can share this work with our peers across the country.

Davis Polk advised the lead managers on an SEC-registered offering by TD Bank of (i) $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.350% senior notes due 2024, (ii) $400 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate senior notes due 2024, (iii) $1.1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 2.800% senior notes due 2027 and (iv) $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.200% senior notes due 2032, under its medium-term notes program.
