Parent Council Meeting - Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - 6:00 pm
The monthly meeting of Bitney Prep’s Parent Council is this Wednesday at 6:00 pm in the Administration Building. All Bintey Parents and guardians are invited to attend the Parent Council meetings to see how you can help support our students and staff.
Morning Detention Concerns
We are having too many students arriving at school after 8:30 am. When students are late to class, they miss the instruction. It also disrupts teaching and learning in class when students arrive late. Please work with your students to help them get to school early enough to be in class before 8:30 am. Also, please remember that students who are tardy more than twice per semester are supposed to receive a lunch detention unless they have a legitimate reason for being late and they have either a note from their parents stating the reason for their tardiness. Parents can also call the office at (530) 477-1235 to excuse a student’s tardy arrival. Students who are late in the morning without a parent excusing their tardiness will receive a lunch detention.
