Here are your updates for the coming week.
Exhibition Week - December 16 to 20, 2024
Exhibition Week is one of the most important weeks of each semester. All of our students have worked hard to prepare a presentation about their experiences and achievements during the Fall Semester. All of our students must show up each day to present their exhibition and support their classmates as panel and audience members. We have a special schedule for Exhibition Week.
Monday, December 16th is a regular school day
Tuesday through Thursday, December 17 to 20
Exhibition Presentation - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Lunch - 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Grade Intervention Period - 1:30 to 3:30 pm
Students who need to improve their grades will stay on campus during the Intervention Periods on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to work with their teachers to complete missing assignments and assessments to improve their grades before the end of the Fall Semester. Students whose grades are all A’s and B’s, or who have completed all of their assignments in all of their classes, and have completed a teacher and parent permission form can leave school at 1:30 pm on the intervention days. Students must sign out before leaving school. Students who did not turn in a permission form by Thursday, December 12th are not eligible for early dismissal this coming week.
Please note: Students will not be going to their internships on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
Staff Holiday Luncheon Thanks
On behalf of our staff, I would like to extend a wholehearted thanks to the members of the Bitney Prep Parent Council and to all of the families who contributed food supplies and funds to this year’s Holiday Luncheon. The food was amazing and the gifts were very appreciated. Thank you for your appreciation and for the opportunity for us to share this celebration!
Winter Break - December 23, 2024, through January 3, 2025
Winter Break is right around the corner! We will be returning to school on Monday, January 6, 2025.
